I. The Invitation
We got engaged on the Fourth of July in Three Lakes, Wisconsin, and we’ll return there the same weekend in 2027 for an intimate wedding under the fireworks.
First, we want a weekend with all of you to celebrate. Come visit us in South Florida, see the art, and experience South Beach and Wynwood the way we do every year.
Then we’ll head to the lake for the second half of June through the first week of July. Friends and family are welcome to make a vacation of it and pop up whenever works.
There’s no need to attend everything—join the parts of the celebration that suit you. We can’t wait to see you.

Meet us at the Kenmore Village Hotel—one block from Patrick's Art Deco condo and walking distance to Untitled, Scope, and The Betsy. We'll have food, drinks, and the pool and patio open for hanging out, with easy Art Basel exploring right outside the door.

Located directly on the beach in South Beach, next to Scope—some of Art Basel's largest exhibits. We're working on VIP packages and more details to come; we'll walk and explore together with food, drinks, and lounge space for anyone who wants to relax.

II. Stay close, spend wisely
We recommend staying in Miami Beach for the weekend. The Kenmore Village Hotel (1050 Washington Avenue) is one block from Patrick's condo, with reasonable rates for Art Basel weekend, a pool, patio, and everything within walking distance. If you'd rather stay out west, you'll be invited to join us in Weston—but Miami Beach puts you closest to the celebration.
Both Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) are great options. They're roughly equidistant from South Beach, and sometimes one airport is noticeably cheaper than the other, so it's worth checking both before booking.
Everything on Saturday is walking distance in South Beach. For getting to Faena and Wynwood, we'll take Ubers together. We'll collect transportation needs in your RSVP.
Confirmed guests will receive access details for Patrick's Art Deco condo—one block from the Kenmore and a walkable place to meet, rest, refresh, or grab a drink near The Betsy.
The wedding · Summer 2027
In the summer of 2027 we'll be married at Eagle Waters Resort in Eagle River, Wisconsin—on the world's largest chain of freshwater lakes, twenty-eight of them, with a heated pool right on the water. It's a bit of a trek to the Northwoods, but it's pure Americana: tranquil, timeless, and the place Patrick grew up going to the lake and to summer camp. It means the world to our family, and we'd love to share it with you.
We'll be at the lake from the second half of June through the first week of July—the Fourth of July up here is something special—and we hope friends and family make a vacation of it and pop up whenever works. You're welcome to stay at Eagle Waters Resort while availability lasts, and there are plenty of nearby hotels and Airbnbs on and off the chain in Eagle River and Three Lakes.
III. Good to know
Not quite. December is our big, open engagement celebration in Miami. Our wedding follows in summer 2027 at Eagle Waters Resort in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. You're welcome at both—just let us know in your RSVP if you'd like to join us for the wedding too.

No. The Kenmore Village Hotel is our recommended home base—it's one block from Patrick's condo, reasonably priced for Art Basel, and walking distance to everything. If you'd like a more affordable option, you can stay out west in Weston near our home, though that means an Uber or carpool to South Beach. Or stay anywhere else in Miami Beach that suits you. Whatever works best for you.
Registry & gifts
Your presence is the greatest gift. For those who wish, our registry helps send us to the south of France and on a slow week at the lake — trains along the coast, boat days, long dinners.
